                         {\`a}s geotecnologias, constata-se que a utiliza{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         dessas ferramentas {\'e} imprescind{\'{\i}}vel ao planejamento 
                         das atividades agropecu{\'a}rias com vistas a maximizar o uso dos 
                         recursos naturais de forma sustent{\'a}vel. Nesse contexto, as 
                         condi{\c{c}}{\~o}es fisiogr{\'a}ficas de determinada 
                         regi{\~a}o podem viabilizar ou n{\~a}o a explora{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         agropecu{\'a}ria trazendo conseq{\"u}{\^e}ncias diretas na 
                         produtividade das culturas e ao meio ambiente. Selecionou-se uma 
                         {\'a}rea piloto no estado de Minas Gerais compreendendo os 
                         munic{\'{\i}}pios de Aguanil, Boa Esperan{\c{c}}a, Campo Belo e 
                         Cristais. Para atingir os objetivos propostos realizou-se um 
                         pr{\'e}processamento da grade regular SRTM, corrigindo os valores 
                         negativos existentes. Em seguida, a grade altim{\'e}trica foi 
                         associada a um sistema de proje{\c{c}}{\~a}o cartogr{\'a}fica 
                         (UTM/SAD69) e organizada em um sistema de informa{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         geogr{\'a}fica de dom{\'{\i}}nio p{\'u}blico (SPRING). A 
                         partir do pr{\'e}-processamento e aplica{\c{c}}{\~a}o de 
                         m{\'e}todos derivativos, obteve-se as vari{\'a}veis declividade 
                         e orienta{\c{c}}{\~a}o de vertentes espacializadas em formatos 
                         num{\'e}rico (grade regular) e tem{\'a}tico. Os resultados 
                         permitiram caracterizar as {\'a}reas cultivadas com caf{\'e} em 
                         rela{\c{c}}{\~a}o a estas vari{\'a}veis. ABSTRACT: With the 
                         recent technical evolution and the free of charge access to 
                         several geo technologies, it has been observed that the use of 
                         these tools are relevant to the planning of agricultural 
                         activities in order to maximize the use of natural resources in a 
                         more sustainable manner. In this context, the physiographic 
                         conditions of a certain region may or may not allow agricultural 
                         exploration bringing direct consequences to crop yield and to the 
                         environment. O pilot area was selected in Minas Gerais State 
                         comprising the municipalities of Aguanil, Boa Esperan{\c{c}}a, 
                         Campo Belo and Cristais. In order to achieve the proposed 
                         objectives a pre-processing with the SRTM regular grid was carried 
                         out, to correct for negative values. Following, an altimetry mash 
                         was associated to a cartographic projection system (UTM/SAD69) and 
                         organized in a geographic information system of public domain 
                         (SPRING). From the pre-processing and the application of 
                         derivative methods, the slope and slope orientation variables were 
                         obtained in spatial numerical format (regular mash) and thematic 
                         map. The results showed that it was possible to obtaining the 
                         coffee crop profile for each municipality with regard to these 
                         variables.",
